Changed config file path
...
Config file is now stored under ~/.config in Linux, and
%AppData%\Roaming in Windows. Custom prefix has been changed to
%AppData%\Local\Facecam2D in Windows, instead of the improper
%AppData%\Facecam2D. MacOS paths remain unchanged.
